Recession is a general slowdown in economic activity in a country over a sustained period of time. Its a part of business cycle. If you see the crises period in India which was there during the period of 1991, which pushed lot of people to start their own ventures. Which caused lot of opportunities for the next generation same thing repeated once more, I can bet you now you can see lot of individuals starting their own ventures which is always good. Even its a cycle to reduce the extra fat in the business. It will help business to look good.
But its also a tool which is used to reduce the manpower, Salary deduction, Making the employees to push more. If you see the economists, they say its good to have a recession in every long interval which will allow to make things sharper and brighten.
I believe in this recession also you can see lot of new ventures coming up and we are lucky enough to be a part of it. Even though we are affected. Many lost their jobs. If you ask me these recession will tell you where you stand in the company. If you are “ IN “, then nothing to worry.. you are doing your part. Every company aims to achieve profit. so if you meet the expectations of the company then nothing to worry.
